About my Blog
As a part of my training at Iowa State, I have participated in a number of field experiences, opportunities which place future teachers in classroom environments to test our capabilities as teachers. The final field experience, Student Teaching, is comparable to an unpaid internship, except for the fact that Student Teachers work more than 60 hours a week on average...
With this blog, I hope to chronicle my time Student Teaching. I will be teaching my first eight weeks in Central Iowa. I was chosen to complete the second half of my "internship" in Rome, Italy. I will be teaching for about eight weeks in central Iowa before heading abroad for an exciting Roman (not-so) Holiday.
